Thank you for purchasing your Youphoria Outdoors Hammock. Here you will find details for registering your Hammock for our 2 Year Limited Warranty and any details you will need for filing a claim.
With registration, your warranty begins at the original date of purchase. Once registered, your warranty will be activated and any claims are eligible to be evaluated for repair or replacement. Replacements are limited to one-lifetime replacement (or gift card in the amount of your hammock) per warranty claim.
Because every situation is unique, any warranty claim is processed and handled individually. Should you have any questions or concerns, or want to file a warranty claim, please email us. You will be assigned an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to include in your shipment to us.
PLEASE NOTE - This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure
- Accidents and other User Damage, including tears from sharp objects
- Neglect or improper use
To File a Warranty Claim:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your original purchase date, order ID, and receipt.
- Provide us with a description of the issue and include photos.
Should you need to ship your item to us for inspection, please include the RMA you receive from us and a copy of your original Receipt in the packaging.
- Please note that you are liable for all inbound shipments to us, except for cases where there was an error on our part.
- Please allow 2 full weeks to receive a confirmed response with the details of either a repair or replacement.
- Should the same color not be available we reserve the right to offer you a different color that is available.
- In the event that we do not have a replacement hammock to send you, we reserve the right to issue you a gift card to FindYouphoria.com worth the value of your hammock.
- Only Hammocks purchased from FindYouphoria.com or from Amazon.com where "Youphoria" is the seller, are issued warranty coverage.
